Bei diesem Gl\u00fchverfahren wird die H\u00e4rte und Festigkeit reduziert, wodurch sich weitere mechanische Verarbeitungsschritte wie Stanzen, Walzen, Tiefziehen und das Drahtziehen erleichtern lassen, bzw. ohne Zerst\u00f6rung des Bauteils erfolgen kann. \u00a0<\/p><p>Eine Sonderform des Weichgl\u00fchens ist das GKZ-Gl\u00fchen (Gl\u00fchen auf kugelf\u00f6rmigen Zementit), bei dem durch den Gl\u00fchprozess ein kugelf\u00f6rmiger Zementit in einem ferritischen Grundgef\u00fcge \u00a0hergestellt wird.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-456f70d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"456f70d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Weichgl\u00fchen Verfahren <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5dda685 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5dda685\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Die Werkstoffe \u2013 zum Beispiel Eisenwerkstoffe \u2013 werden dabei langsam auf eine Temperatur zwischen 650 \u00b0C bis 750 \u00b0C erw\u00e4rmt, auf der Gl\u00fchtemperatur f\u00fcr die Gef\u00fcgeeinformung eine bestimmte gehalten und dann langsam wieder abgek\u00fchlt. Dies kann unter Luft, als auch unter inerten Schutzgas-Atmosph\u00e4ren durchgef\u00fchrt werden.\u00a0<\/p><p>Bei St\u00e4hlen mit einem Kohlenstoffgehalt von unter 0,8 % erfolgt das Weichgl\u00fchen im Bereich unterhalb der eutektoiden Linie aus dem Eisen-Kohlenstoff-Diagramm.
