W\u00e4rmebehandlungsverfahren, das darauf abzielt, die in Werkst\u00fccken durch eine thermische oder mechanische Bearbeitung entstandenen Spannungen zu reduzieren bzw. abzubauen.<\/p><p>Beispielsweise k\u00f6nnen bei der ungleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen Abk\u00fchlung nach dem Vorfertigungsprozess (Schmieden, Walzen usw.), der mechanischen Bearbeitung und der W\u00e4rmebehandlung Spannungen im Material auftreten. Diese Spannungen k\u00f6nnen sich w\u00e4hrend der Weiterverarbeitung und besonders bei einer W\u00e4rmebehandlung im h\u00f6heren Temperaturbereich l\u00f6sen und zu einer Ma\u00df\u00e4nderung f\u00fchren. Um dies zu verhindern, werden die vorhandenen Eigenspannungen beim Spannungsarmgl\u00fchen deutlich reduziert. Beim Gl\u00fchen werden die Streckgrenze und die maximale Zugfestigkeit f\u00fcr die Zeit der Erw\u00e4rmung herabgesetzt, wodurch die Spannungen abgebaut werden k\u00f6nnen. \nBei Stahl liegt der Temperaturbereich des Prozesses zwischen 550 und 650\u00b0C und das Aufheizen und Abk\u00fchlen wird sehr langsam durchgef\u00fchrt.
