einzigartige M\u00f6glichkeit, Teile in einer Wasserstoffatmosph\u00e4re zu gl\u00fchen. Wasserstoff ist ein stark reduzierendes Gas, das besonders bei hohen Temperaturen sehr saubere Oberfl\u00e4chen erzeugt. B. Biegen, Tiefziehen, Kaltwalzen, ver\u00e4ndert das Gef\u00fcge des Metalls, was sich z. B. in h\u00f6herer H\u00e4rte, h\u00f6herer Streckgrenze und Zugfestigkeit und geringerer Z\u00e4higkeit \u00e4u\u00dfert.<\/p><p>Das Spannungsarmgl\u00fchen bietet einen begrenzten Erholungsgrad, wobei die h\u00f6chsten Spannungen abgebaut werden, die Gef\u00fcgever\u00e4nderungen aber bestehen bleiben.<\/p><p>Beim Weichgl\u00fchen ist die Temperatur h\u00f6her, wodurch das Gef\u00fcge seinen urspr\u00fcnglichen Zustand mit den entsprechenden mechanischen Eigenschaften annimmt.<\/p><p>Einige Metalllegierungen sind f\u00fcr das Spannungsarmgl\u00fchen oder das Weichgl\u00fchen nicht geeignet. Diese Legierungen k\u00f6nnen jedoch in der Regel l\u00f6sungsgegl\u00fcht werden, wobei sie ihr urspr\u00fcngliches Gef\u00fcge wiedererlangen.<\/p><p>Das L\u00f6sungsgl\u00fchen bewirkt, dass Ausscheidungen wie intermetallische Partikel wieder in die Matrix zerfallen und das Gef\u00fcge in seinen urspr\u00fcnglichen Ausgangszustand zur\u00fcckkehrt.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-335f39d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"335f39d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\nSchritt 2: Rekristallisation<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-42201fd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"42201fd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Das Mikrogef\u00fcge von Metalllegierungen besteht aus kleinen Kristallen. Diese sind nach dem Schleifen, Polieren und chemischen \u00c4tzen unter dem Lichtmikroskop sichtbar.<\/p><p>Rekristallisation ist die Wiederherstellung der Kristallstruktur (Mikrostruktur) einer Metalllegierung, die durch Kaltverformung verformt wurde, durch Gl\u00fchen (siehe Erholungsgl\u00fchen).<\/p><p>Die Rekristallisation h\u00e4ngt vom Grad der plastischen Verformung (Kaltverformung) und der Gl\u00fchtemperatur ab, au\u00dferdem nat\u00fcrlich von der jeweiligen Metalllegierung.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a5cfb63 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a5cfb63\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\nSchritt 3: Kornwachstum<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d396db0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d396db0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L\u00e4ngeres Gl\u00fchen bei hoher Temperatur l\u00e4sst die Kristalle zu gr\u00f6\u00dferen Kristallen heranwachsen. Dabei verschwinden Kristalle und verschmelzen mit anderen, gr\u00f6\u00dferen Kristallen. Aus diesem Grund wird Wasserstoff oft mit Stickstoff gemischt. Oberhalb von 650 \u00b0C verl\u00e4uft die Reaktion mit Sauerstoff stabil.<\/p><p>Argon ist ein Edelgas, das nicht mit anderen Elementen reagiert und daher als Schutzgas gegen Oxidation bei W\u00e4rmebehandlungen bei Temperaturen unter ca. 850\u00b0C wirkt. Oberhalb von 850 \u00b0C werden die Gase sehr energiereich und beeintr\u00e4chtigen die innere Isolierung eines Vakuumofens. Aus diesem Grund wird die W\u00e4rmebehandlung dann unter Unterdruck oder Hochvakuum durchgef\u00fchrt. Oberhalb von 850 \u00b0C bewirkt das Hochvakuum auch eine Oberfl\u00e4chenreinigung, wenn auch weniger intensiv als unter Wasserstoff.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b55eca elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9b55eca\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\nGeeignete Werkstoffe f\u00fcr die Wasserstoffgl\u00fchung<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7e73b64 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7e73b64\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Es empfiehlt sich, mit einem Fachmann abzukl\u00e4ren, ob eine W\u00e4rmebehandlung unter Wasserstoff im konkreten Fall sinnvoll und notwendig ist.
